Never used an InPost Locker before? It’s incredibly easy!
If you’ve never used a locker, don't worry—it is completely stress-free and takes less than 10 seconds. There is no registration, no app to download, and no typing your personal details on a public screen.
Here is exactly what happens when your TillerBuddy arrives:
📱 Get Your Code: The moment your parcel is dropped into the locker, InPost will send a text and email straight to your phone containing a unique collection code and a QR barcode.
⏰ Collect on Your Schedule: You don't have to rush! You have 3 full days (72 hours) from the moment the text arrives to collect your parcel. Pick it up early in the morning, late at night, or whenever fits your schedule.
🚪 Scan and Go: Just walk up to the locker screen, hold your phone up to scan the QR barcode (or type in the text code), and POP! The locker door automatically springs open. Grab your TillerBuddy, click the door shut, and you’re done!
How to Order in 3 Easy Steps:
1.Find Your Nearest Locker:Step 1.
Click here to Find an InPost Locker near your current mooring, next water point, or home. Copy the full address and Locker ID provided.
2.Enter Locker as Your Shipping Address:Step 2.
When you click our PayPal Buy Now button, you must enter the locker details into the Shipping Address fields exactly like this:
Full Name: Your Name
Address Line 1: InPost Locker [Insert Locker Name/ID]
Address Line 2: [The Street Name of the Location]
Town/City: [The Town]
Postcode: [The Locker's Postcode]
3.Provide Your Current Mobile Number:Step 3.
This is the most critical part! Ensure the phone number in your PayPal order details is your current, active mobile. InPost relies entirely on this number to text you your collection code.
⚠️ Important Address Policy (Please Read Before Buying)
No Address Changes: For your security and ours, we cannot manually alter the delivery address once your PayPal payment has been processed.
If You Enter a Home Address: Because we are a locker-only service, if you enter a standard home address, your order will be placed on hold. We will email you to request a valid InPost locker location. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. We cannot legally select a locker for you without your permission, so please use the locker finder before checking out!
